Lactose Free Lemon Pancakes
Serves
Dry Ingredients
- 180g flour
- 2 tbsps poppy seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 230ml Benna Lactose Free Milk
- 150g Benna Lactose Free Natural Yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Juice from one lemon
- Zest from one lemon
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the milk, vanilla egg , honey and yogurt.
- Add the oil, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Mix together the dry and wet ingredients.
- On a non stick pan add a bit of oil
- Add a bit of pancake batter on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until it starts bubbling up.
- Top them with honey , more yogurt and lemon slices.
