Cinnamon Peach Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- 60g Benna Lactose Free Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 100ml Benna Lactose Free Fresh Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g Benna Lactose Free Vanilla Yogurt
- 180g light brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 60 g self raising flour
- 150g coconut flour
- 1 medium sized peach cut in small pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the melted butter, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, milk and sugar.
- Add the flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix well.
- Add the peach cubes, mix again
- Pour the cake batter into a loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes on 180C.
- Let it cool, add icing glaze on top and peach slices.
