Cinnamon Peach Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 60g Benna Lactose Free Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 100ml Benna Lactose Free Fresh Milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g Benna Lactose Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 180g light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 g self raising flour
  • 150g coconut flour
  • 1 medium sized peach cut in small pieces

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together the melted butter, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, milk and sugar.
  2. Add the flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix well.
  3. Add the peach cubes, mix again
  4. Pour the cake batter into a loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes on 180C.
  5. Let it cool, add icing glaze on top and peach slices.
