Iced Coffee Marble Muffins
Serves
Wet Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 120ml Benna Iced Coffee
- 120ml maple syrup or honey
- 60ml melted Benna Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
- In an other bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- Transfer the flour to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Divide the batter into two equal portions. In one portion add the cacao powder and stir.
- Fill each muffin cup with 3 tbsp one of each batter. Use a toothpick to make a swirl.
- Bake for 20 minutes on 200C or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the muffins comes out clean.
