Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 60ml Benna Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
  • 75g roasted walnuts
  • 75g roasted pecans
  • 75g roasted coconut chips
  • 75g oats
  • 60g roasted pumpkin seeds (more for topping)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsps honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 50g pumpkin purée
  • Melted White chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender mix together the nuts, seeds, oats, coconut and cinnamon.
  2. Add the pumpkin purée, honey, Benna Pumpkin Spice Milkshake and vanilla. Mix until it forms a dough. If it doesn’t stick together add a tbsp of milk or if it’s too wet add more oats.
  3. Scoop a bit of mixture and shape into balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Add melted white chocolate on top and pumpkin seeds.
