Irish Cream Cake

- 120 ml Benna Irish Cream Milkshake
- 80g Benna cold Unsalted melted Butter
- 140g self-rising flour
- 50g cacao powder
- 70g light brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Benna Irish Cream Milkshake
- 60g of powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add the butter, keep mixing, add the milk and mix until everything is well combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder and cacao powder. Mix well.
- Transfer the cake batter into a loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes on 180C. To make sure the cake is ready insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
- In a separate bowl add the powdered sugar and milk mix well until it thickens and pour it on top of the cake.
