Peach Yogurt Muffins

Serves

Ingredients:

  • 210g all-purpose flour
  • 100gr sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 110g melted 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
  • 1 tub 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁
  • 2 tbsps. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 lightly beaten egg

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200C°. Combine butter, yogurt, egg, milk and almond extract in a large bowl.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  • Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
