Peach Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:

210g all-purpose flour

100gr sugar
-
2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

110g melted 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿

1 tub 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁

2 tbsps. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸

½ tsp almond extract

1 lightly beaten egg
Method:

Preheat oven to 200C°. Combine butter, yogurt, egg, milk and almond extract in a large bowl.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.

Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
