Bacon and Irkotta Frittata

Ingredients

  • 120ml Benna 2.5% Fresh Milk
  • 100g Benna Irkotta
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 slices of cooked bacon chopped into small pieces (leave a bit for topping)
  • 1 stick of spring onion chopped
  • 50g feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl whisk together 6 eggs salt and pepper.
  2. Add the Benna Irkotta, bacon , fresh parsley and spring onions. Mix well.
  3. Add the Benna Milk and mix.
  4. Transfer the egg mixture to a baking tray, add feta on top more bacon and parsley.
  5. Bake the frittata for 20-25 minutes on 180C or until the eggs are fully cooked.
