Baked Chicken Irkotta Meatballs

- 200g Benna Light Irkotta
- 500g chicken breast
- 1 medium sized red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 50g shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp lemon and pepper
- 1 egg
- Rosemary (optional)
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender add the chicken, onion and garlic. ( you can also buy ready minced chicken, chop the onions and garlic into small pieces and mix everything)
- Add the ricotta, egg, breadcrumbs, lemon pepper, Parmesan and fresh herbs. Mix well.
- Add olive on your fingers so the mixture doesnโt stick and roll them into balls.
- Place them on a parchment paper add olive oil salt and pepper.
- Bake them for 15 minutes on 180C turn the meatballs and bake for 10 more minutes.
