Chocolate chip yogurt muffins

Wet Ingredients
- 150g Benna Vanilla Yogurt
- 60ml Benna Pro Milk
- 75mg melted Benna Unsalted Butter
- 170g maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 200g self rising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 150g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven on 180C
- In a large bowl combine the yogurt, maple syrup, milk, eggs, vanilla and butter. Whisk together.
- Add in the flour and baking soda. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add in the chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and scoop out 1/4 cup of the butter into each cup. Top them with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake them for 25 minutes or until they are golden.
