Chocolate chip yogurt muffins

Serves

Wet Ingredients 

  • 150g Benna Vanilla Yogurt
  • 60ml Benna Pro Milk
  • 75mg melted Benna Unsalted Butter
  • 170g maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients 

  • 200g self rising flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 150g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven on 180C
  2. In a large bowl combine the yogurt, maple syrup, milk, eggs, vanilla and butter. Whisk together.
  3. Add in the flour and baking soda. Whisk together until smooth.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips.
  5. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and scoop out 1/4 cup of the butter into each cup. Top them with extra chocolate chips.
  6. Bake them for 25 minutes or until they are golden.
