Coconut and Dark Chocolate Tart
Serves
Ingredients – Base
- 100g Benna Unsalted Butter (melted)

120g shredded coconut

120g quick oats

3 tbsps cacao powder
Ingredients – Middle layer

3 tbsp of honey

120g shredded coconut

1 tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients – Top layer
- 100ml Benna Fresh Cream
- 200g of Dark chocolate
- Toasted coconut chips
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender mix together the oats, coconut and cacao powder until flour consistency. Add the butter and blend again
- Transfer the mixture into a tart tray and press firmly into the bottom. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl mix the fresh cream, coconut, vanilla and honey. Transfer coconut mixture on top of the oat base. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate together with the fresh cream, Mix well and pour on to top of the coconut, add coconut chips on top and refrigerate for 1 hour.
