- 60g Benna Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 350ml of Benna 2.5% Fresh Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
- 120 g of plain flour
Toppings
- Powdered Sugar
- Strawberries and orange slices
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the eggs, Benna 2.5% Fresh Milk , Benna Unsalted Butter, vanilla and maple.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with a few drops of oil.
- Pour the batter onto the pan using ยผ of a cup for each scoop.
- Tilt the pan and rotate it with a circular motion to help the batter spread evenly.
- Cook the crepe 1 minute per side on medium heat.
- Transfer the crepes into a plate, drizzle them with maple syrup, powdered sugar and your favorite toppings.
