Figolla Milkshake Pancakes

  • 125ml Benna Figolla Milkshake
  • 130g self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsps honey (more for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate eggs for topping

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the egg, olive oil , honey, milk and vanilla.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and add butter.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of butter into the pan and cook for 1 minute each side or until the top is bubbling.
  5. Add the pancakes on top and serve with powdered sugar honey and chocolate eggs on top.
