Figolla Milkshake Pancakes

- 125ml Benna Figolla Milkshake
- 130g self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsps honey (more for topping)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar
- Chocolate eggs for topping
Method
- In a bowl mix together the egg, olive oil , honey, milk and vanilla.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and add butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of butter into the pan and cook for 1 minute each side or until the top is bubbling.
- Add the pancakes on top and serve with powdered sugar honey and chocolate eggs on top.
