Garlic Butter Smashed Potatoes

- 200g Benna Salted Butter
- 350 g of baby potatoes
- 8 garlic cloves
- 3tbsp of fresh parsley
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Melt the Benna Salted Butter and chop the garlic and parsley.
- Place the butter, garlic, parsley and pepper in a bowl and stir.
- Place the potatoes in the butter mixture and mix. Make sure all the potatoes are covered in butter.
- Place them on a sheet pan.
- Smash the potatoes using the bottom of a drinking glass.
- Add a bit of butter on top of the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese on each potato and bake until the cheese melts.
