Ham and Irkotta Tart

Ingredients
- 250g Benna Fresh Irkotta (can be lactose free)
- 150g diced ham
- 1 egg
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 1 sheet of light puff pastry
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 100g black and green olives
- Sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the Benna Irkotta, ham, egg, salt and pepper.
- On a sheet pan add the puff pastry andย spread the ricotta over the pastry.
- Add the tomatoes, olives and fresh parsley on top.
- Flip the edges and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
- Bake for 25 minutes on 200C.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
