Iced Coffee Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 400 ml of iced coffee milk
  • 150g of natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of hempseed
  • 2 slices of banana for topping and hempseeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender put all the ingredients and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
