Irkotta Egg Bites

- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of cooked spinach
- 250g of Benna Irkotta ( you can also use lactose free irkotta)
- Benna Gbejna Bajda (white cheeselet)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the eggs, spinach, irkotta, salt and pepper.
- Mix until a smooth texture is formed.
- Lina a muffin tin with silicone liners and fill each one with the mixture.
- Add a slice of gbejna on top of each egg bite and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200C.
