Orange and Almond Muffins

- 100g Benna Light Natural Yogurt
- 75g melted cold Benna Unsalted Butter
- 120g plain flour or gluten free flour
- 100g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 160g honey or maple
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Juice and zest from one orange
- Sliced almonds
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together honey, eggs , zest , juice , vanilla and yogurt.
- Add the butter slowly and mix.
- Add the Baking powder, almond flour and flour. Mix well
- Scoop out a bit of batter into each muffin mold or muffin cases.
- Add sliced almonds on top and bake on 200C for 20-25 minutes and a toothpick comes out clean.
