Parma Ham Wrapped Ġbejna Skewers
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 12 sundried tomatoes
- 2 peppered ġbejniet
- 6/8 slices cured ham of your choice (we used Parma ham)
- 4 wooden skewers
- 1 coloured pepper
- ½ onion
Method:
- Cube your ġbejna into 3cm thick cubes or any size preference
- Take one cube of ġbejna and wrap it in Parma ham
- Cut the pepper into large cubes
- Start assembling your skewers by layering a piece of onion, coloured pepper, wrapped ġbejna and then a sun-dried tomato. You can repeat this again on the same skewer
- Continue this process for the remaining 3 skewers
- Once ready the skewers can be placed on a grill or straight on the the BBQ
