Pesto & Spinach Dip
Serves
Ingredients:
- 1 Tub Fresh Lactose Free Benna Irkotta.
- 50g fresh spinach.
- 20g roasted pine nuts.
- 50g pesto.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1tsp red pepper flakes.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
1. Place the Benna Lactose Free Fresh Irkotta and all other ingredients in a food blender.
2. Process for about 45 seconds, until the spinach is finely chopped, and ingredients are smooth and creamy.
3. Serve right away (or chilled) with fresh veggies or water crackers.
