Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 60ml Benna Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
- 75g roasted walnuts
- 75g roasted pecans
- 75g roasted coconut chips
- 75g oats
- 60g roasted pumpkin seeds (more for topping)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsps honey or maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 50g pumpkin purée
- Melted White chocolate
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender mix together the nuts, seeds, oats, coconut and cinnamon.
- Add the pumpkin purée, honey, Benna Pumpkin Spice Milkshake and vanilla. Mix until it forms a dough. If it doesn’t stick together add a tbsp of milk or if it’s too wet add more oats.
- Scoop a bit of mixture and shape into balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Add melted white chocolate on top and pumpkin seeds.
