Salmon, Rice and Gbejna Patties

Ingredients
- 250g cooked salmon (eg. 20 minutes with olive oil salt and pepper)
- 180 g cooked rice
- 2 sticks chopped spring onions
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper
- 1/2 grated Benna Ġbejna tal-Bżar
- 1 egg
- Lemon juice
- 60g plain flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven on 180C.
- In a large bowl add the salmon, rice, onions, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon powder, fresh parsley. Mix well.
- Add flour, lemon juice and egg. Mix well until mixture is thick.
- Shape into patties and place them on a parchment paper with a bit of olive oil.
- Bake them for 15 minutes, flip them and bake for 10 more minutes
