Tuna Dip

Serves

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tub Fresh Benna Irkotta.
  • 185g can tuna.
  • 50g chopped parsley.
  • 1tbsp drained and finely chopped capers.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 1 crushed clove garlic.
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika.

    Method:
    1. Place Benna Fresh Irkotta and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt to taste.
    3. Serve with bread, water crackers or vegetables of your choice.
