Tuna Dip
Serves
Ingredients:
- 1 Tub Fresh Benna Irkotta.
- 185g can tuna.
- 50g chopped parsley.
- 1tbsp drained and finely chopped capers.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 crushed clove garlic.
- 1 tsp sweet paprika.
Method:
1. Place Benna Fresh Irkotta and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt to taste.
3. Serve with bread, water crackers or vegetables of your choice.
